As such, the curriculum includes extensive work to familiarize students with preparing case discussions and working in a group to complete various aspects of a team project including a final presentation that will be evaluated on a variety of factors. The content of the program is evaluated on an ongoing basis to be in line with most recent trends in the business world. Topics could include any of the following as well as others:

  • Logistics and Globalization
  • Entrepreneurship in the 21st Century
  • Disruptive Innovation
  • The Greening of Business / The Impact of Sustainability
  • Strategic Communication / Classroom Culture in Graduate Business Programs
  • Competition and Market Forces

Classes take place mornings from Monday – Friday. Meeting times are somewhat flexible depending on engagement of outside speakers and participation in networking opportunities. Similar to an MBA program additional work outside of class will be required in order to be successful.

“[Pre-MBA] gives you the chance to study all your skills before your program. You don’t have a lot of time to study those skills in grad school.

Learning more about case studies was the most helpful thing for me […] CELOP helped me learn how to prepare my cases prior to class.”
