Application Fee Form

Applicants are expected to pay a non-refundable application fee with the Preliminary Application of $60 for domestic students or $100 for international students. If the application fee is a financial hardship for your family, you may select the fee waiver option in your Ravenna Application Fee form instead of submitting the information below.

Please be aware that an application will not be processed until the application fee has been paid or a fee waiver request has been received.
