Snow Way. Elly Spensley, a GRS grad student in archaeology,
dug the snow as she cross-country skied around campus following the Presidents’
Day blizzard. A record 27.5 inches fell at Logan Airport, which surpassed
the 1997 April Fools’ Day storm (25.3 inches) and the Blizzard of
