Topics will vary by semester. Topics include such diverse areas as teaching marching band, beginning jazz improvisation, producing musicals, etc. 1 credit, repeatable to a maximum of 5 credits.

This course is open to musicians of all abilities and any instrument, including voice. We will primarily make music in the emancipating tradition of free improvisation and learn deep listening, trust, and connection. Students will also study and submit a small research project. |
