Students learn to identify, practice, and apply skills necessary for the development of high-performing teams. Topics include being an effective teammate; role-identification and identity; team culture; and how to add value to high- performing teams. To be eligible, students must have significant, yearlong involvement with a sports team at Boston University. Students must have taken HUB CC 141 as a prerequisite for HUB CC 142. Effective Fall 2019, this Hub cocurricular fulfills a single unit in the following BU Hub area: Teamwork/Collaboration.
