The course is designed for history education majors of anyone interested in examining The Cold War period (1946-1963) through Hollywood movies (Dr. Strangelove, Seven Days in May, High Noon) and television (The Army McCarthy Hearings, Blacklisting, Hollywood and the Second Red Scare). Culminating activity will be the production of a non-tradiational unit on the Cold War. 4cr, 1st sem.
