Hospitality Administration Minor
The School of Hospitality Administration offers a Hospitality Administration minor consisting of 28 credits, available to all BU undergraduate students. The courses required for the minor are as follows:
- HF 100 Introduction to the Hospitality Industry (4 cr)
- HF 210 Financial Accounting for the Hospitality Industry (4 cr) (Questrom students satisfy this requirement through QST AC 221 Financial Accounting or the equivalent)
- HF 220 Food & Beverage Management (4 cr)
- HF 231 Human Resources Management for the Hospitality Industry (4 cr)
- HF 260 Hospitality Marketing Principles (4 cr) (Questrom students satisfy this requirement through QST MK 323 Marketing Management or the equivalent)
- HF 270 Lodging Operations and Technology (4 cr)
- HF 310 Managerial Accounting for the Hospitality Industry (4 cr)
Prerequisite courses: MA 120 or higher, HF 210 (or QST AC 221), HF 220, and HF 270
