This Addendum entry reflects the following change to an existing degree program:
- Conversion to blended program (online and in person)
Effective date: September 1, 2015
This program is designed for students who seek advanced interdisciplinary study in education. With their advisors, courses are selected either to deepen one aspect of the student’s profession or to provide a way of expanding his or her teaching into a new area.
Students in the Hybrid (or Online) Master of Education (EdM) in Curriculum & Teaching program have the opportunity to follow a course sequence track that will allow them to study the education issues that interest them most as they prepare to be outstanding leaders in teaching, supervisory, and research positions. Students in the hybrid Curriculum & Teaching EdM program follow a set curriculum developed to best prepare them to be high-quality teachers in their content area.
