This course is intended for students who are interested in understanding the profession of physical therapy. The course provides an overview of the field of physical therapy and will include a variety of diagnoses and settings where physical therapy is provided. A case based approach will be emphasized. Students who are considering a career in physical therapy are encouraged to take this course to gain a deeper understanding of the profession prior to applying to the program.
