Transfer Between Departments/Programs

Division of Graduate Medical Sciences Policy

Students may, under certain circumstances, transfer between departments/programs if they (1) are in good academic standing; (2) have received written approval from the chairman or director of graduate studies in the present department/program prior to applying for a transfer; (3) have received written approval of the Chairman or Director of Graduate Studies in the new department/program; and (4) have received written approval from the Associate Provost of the Division of Graduate Medical Sciences.
