The study of international relations at Boston University is interdisciplinary. Participating departments and schools include Anthropology, the Center for Energy & Environmental Studies, Economics, Geography & Environment, History, Modern Languages & Comparative Literature, Political Science, Religion, Romance Studies, Sociology, the College of Communication, and the School of Management. This comprehensive participation engages the extensive resources of Boston University, permits flexibility, and offers a breadth of courses unusual in an international relations program. Strong emphasis is placed on individual student counseling through assigned advisors.
