As Senior Manager, University Relations & Program Development, Grace is responsible for outreach and strategic efforts in the recruitment of students from our partner institutions to BU Study Abroad (BUSA). She represents BUSA at in-person and remote events, to students, advisors, faculty members, and other key stakeholders at institutions around the United States and works to further develop these relationships. Reporting to the Associate Director, University Relations & Campus Outreach, Grace collaborates on the creation of management communications and marketing initiatives for BUSA. Grace also works with the Associate Director, Program Development to assist in the development of new programs and redevelopment of existing programs, with a particular focus on the attractiveness of programming to our partner institutions.

Prior to serving as Senior Manager, Grace was a Program Manager for BUSA where she was responsible for the management and administration of programs in Madrid, Paris, Dublin, Grenoble & Prague, working directly with students as they prepared for their study abroad experiences. Before joining BU, Grace had several years of experience working in international education for other study abroad organizations, such as College Year in Athens (CYA) and CIEE.

Grace holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies & Spanish with a minor in Latin American Studies from Providence College. She studied abroad for a semester in Seville, Spain, co-facilitated a global service-learning course in Nicaragua, and participated in a short-term program in Tijuana. Grace loves learning foreign languages and knows how to speak Spanish and Russian.
