  1. It is a tough choice becuase you do not want ISP’s to disamantle net neutrality but on the other hand you do not want to give the FCC control just so they can dismantle it. I think if the the FCC takes control it should be done in a way that preserves net neutrality and can not be taken away. It should be done in a manner that preserves our constitutional rights. This way 10 years from now they can not ban a website that is merely expressing an opinion that maybe the government does not agree with and then takes there site down.

    As mentioned in the article there are other means to deal with bandwidth hogs and large files transfers.
