About the BU Sensor Network Consortium
Sensor networks’ burgeoning industry stem from the convergence of technologies in communications and computing combined with innovative application of these technologies to pursue strategic business opportunities.
The SNC is an initiative at Boston University to foster research,
development and commercialization in sensor networks by facilitating
the interaction among academia and industry participants. In addition
to Boston University faculty, current academic affiliates include
Harvard University, Yale University and UMASS Amherst.
