Visiting Chef Series

Each semester we hold our Visiting Chef Series Dinner in our Dining Rooms on campus. The Visiting Chef Series Dinner is one of the most popular events of the semester. We partner with a local Boston restaurant or Chef and we showcase their menu to the students for Dinner. On April 10th we are partnering with Tuscan Kitchen of Boston for our #BUVCS . We're excited to feature classic Italian dishes like Calamari Fritti, Margherita Pizza, Pollo Arrosto, Salmone Alla Griglia, Zuppa di Ribollita plus great desserts that you'll be familiar with. Gather your friends and join us on April 10th for this delicious journey.
