Following every declared emergency regardless of the Phase Level or following a campus-wide drill, a written critique will be prepared by the Director of Emergency Planning & Response based upon the comments and suggestions of the Incident Command Response Team. As necessary, this plan will be modified to incorporate lessons learned from emergencies and drills.
