Boston University School of Medicine has secured a room block at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, which will be available until November 20, 2009, or until it is sold out.

Deluxe Partial Ocean View Room: $300
Deluxe Full Ocean View Room: $320

Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and include buffet breakfast daily for up to 2 persons. Rates applicable Saturday, January 2 - Friday, January 8, 2010, plus 13% tax and 10% service charge. The service charge covers porterage, housekeeping and other staff related services.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Third adult in room: $82 including buffet breakfast. Children 12 - 18 sharing room with parents using existing bedding: $32 including buffet breakfast. Children 12 years and under sharing room with parents using existing bedding: $16 per child.

Arrivals prior to January 2, 2010, are on a request basis, subject to availability at the full public rate in effect at that time. Extended stays after January 8th, at the special BU rates, are based on availability. Suites are subject to availability. Full prepayment of rooms, inclusive of tax and service fees is required. If a credit card is provided, the hotel will receive the information and charge the full amount 30 days prior to arrival. Prepayment by check will be forwarded to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival and credited to your account.
