Boston University School of Music presents the Indian Music Ensemble. Conducted by Professor Heimarck and Professor Iwanek with guest artist Vedant Lele on tabla drums. Program: Hindusthani classical composition in Malkauns Raga (melodic mode). Entitled, "Koyeliya Bole Aambua." • Kirtan chant "Om Namo Bhagavate Muktanandaya" in Pancham Malkauns Raga • Hindusthani classical composition in Kafi Raga • Hindusthani classical composition "Bethe Lal" in Charukeshi RagaThis event is free and open to the public.
