* Winter Intersession Closing begins at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 24, 2013, and ends on Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at midnight. Medical Campus employees will follow a modified schedule for that area.
** Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
*** Classes will be held on November 11, Veterans Day. Therefore, essential employees will be required to work. Non-represented employees should refer to the Employee Handbook for information regarding time off and pay for holidays.
Christmas Day will be observed on Wednesday, December 25, 2013. New Year’s Day will be observed on Wednesday, January 1, 2014. For information regarding holiday pay and compensatory time off, non-represented employees scheduled to work these days should consult the Employee Handbook and represented employees should consult their collective bargaining agreements.
