Op-Ed Essentials: How to Elevate Your Research with The Conversation Editor Howard Manly
Join Howard Manly, Race and Equity Editor from The Conversation, for an engaging virtual workshop for BU faculty members, researchers, and PhD students. In this one-hour session, Howard will provide insights into how The Conversation partners with academic institutions like BU, while also offering expert guidance on crafting successful op-ed submissions. From understanding the editorial process to refining your pitch angles, this workshop is designed to equip attendees with the tools and strategies needed to effectively communicate their research and ideas to broad audiences. Attendees are encouraged to bring potential pitch angles to discuss during the event.
