Learn how visual arts can support your mental health! Photos offer exploration of feelings, values, beliefs, and identity. Whether you have previous art experience or just want to try it out, this workshop will help you explore using photos in your creative practice for self-expression and wellbeing. We'll reminisce on memories through photos and use writing and other creative mediums for exploration and expression. Hosted by Student Health Services. Free and open to all BU students.
