BU Bioinformatics Student-Organized Symposium
The 2019 edition of the BU Bioinformatics Student-Organized Symposium will take place on June 5th at 24 Cummington Mall (LSEB) room B01 from 9:30AM to 5:30PM. This year's symposium features the following distinguished speakers: Eric Alm, PhD Professor of Biological Engineering, MIT Emily Balskus, PhD Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, Harvard University Ronald N. Germain, MD, PhD NIH Distinguished Investigator Chief, Laboratory of Immune System Biology (LISB), Lymphocyte Biology Section Director, Center for Advanced Tissue Imaging (CAT-I) Rob Knight, PhD Professor, Departments of Pediatrics, Bioengineering, and Computer Science & Engineering Director, Center for Microbiome Innovation, University of California San Diego Nicholas Schork, PhD Professor and Director of Quantitative Medicine and Systems Biology Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), an affiliate of the City of Hope Health System
