Pizza Party! With Mary Ann Esposito
Mary Ann Esposito, prolific cookbook author, culinary teacher, and host of Ciao Italia, America’s longest running cooking show, will have students rolling in the dough—pizza dough, that is! Joined by husband Guy Esposito, Mary Ann will demonstrate how to make and handle the perfect pizza dough, which will then be used to produce calzones, breadsticks, pizza fritta, and more. All attendees will be invited to join in a subsequent meal, with wine pairings selected by Guy, a wine educator with accreditation from the United States Sommelier Association.
