When Disaster Strikes: Reporting and Responding

The first panel focused on medical and public health response to disasters and was moderated by RD Sahl. Panelist Dr. Larry Ronan, a physician at Massachusetts General Hospital, discussed his experiences on the U.S. Navy hospital ship "Comfort" during the immediate aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti.
