I did not know you, but my sister did and from what I heard you were a sweet girl who should not have passed so young. My thoughts are with Saranya's family and friends.

I prayers are with Saranya's family. I feel so terrible for the loss of such a wonderful person. Sarayna and I had several IR classes together. I still remember the last time I saw Saranya was by chance in New York in the summer of 1999 about 2 weeks before I went to Japan. We talked a little about our future. I like many people who knew her have spread across the world. It was really good to see her smiling face at that time in NYC and in my classes for those years at BU. I remember thinking that her future was bright, she's extremely intelligent. God bless Saranya and God Bless the World.

I had the good fortune of knowing Saranya since our orientation to BU in the summer of 1996. I can still remember vividly how friendly and charming she was, even when we were just strangers at the time. Whether meeting her on the streets of BU or at a social gathering amongst common friends, Saryana's smiling presence always left a lasting impression on me. We miss her dearly, but she will be in our thoughts and prayers forever.

I've known Saranya since high school and never could I have imagined something like this could happen. The last time I saw her was at a birthday party in April, where we had a chance to catch up. Both of us were in New York, and we were going to try and get together but that never happened. God has gained an angel because she was always so sweet and kind. My prayers are with her family and friends.

I remember seeing Saranya's face around in Warren Towers when we both began as freshmens. She was the type of person that you remembered out of a crowd. I unfortunately did not have the chance to know her personally. I saw a picture of Saranya in the newspaper and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I'm so sorry. God bless you and your family.

I knew Saranya "Suzy" since both High School at Bx. Science and was saddened to find out she was among the missing. She was a beautiful girl both inside and out, and I will continue to remember her that way.

I have known Susie since age 5. We shared many years together in school from kindergarten to high school graduation. I still have that picture of us together at graduation. It's still so hard to believe that she is gone. For those of you who didn't know her, Susie had that quality about her that would make you turn around and have another look. She was smart, confident and she knew who she was. I have been in denial for months. But today I just want to say that, Susie, I still love you and remember you, even after we have drifted apart, and I don't think that I will ever forget. My prayers and thoughts remain with you and your family. God bless!

A picture of you is forever etched in my memory from those days we went searching for our loved ones. The posters no longer line the avenues nor do they stand in Grand Central Station, but do not fear; know that your spirit lives in each one of us. My thoughts are with your family and all those you have touched.

It was a very pity story.
I have been to Boston and attended UM for 4 years in 1974-1978.
I am volunteering to give children to meet each other for peace.
It is better to promoted mutual understanding from childhood to eliminate terrorism.
She was an innocent.

A distant part of the world I am... I was looking for Heather Ho, another BU graduate, when I came upon Susan. Susan's beauty is so striking. Thoughts, the "ifs", emotions,... and tears. Years has since past, but pictures are suspensions in time... your pic and friends' heartfelt writings,... this moment in my time, I felt I had come to know you. I too feel a sense of loss and sadness. My heart goes out to Susan's family and friends. Aloha

I worked as a nurse at the same hospital St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital Center: her mom worked at; her mom now retired worked the night shift and I worked the day shift. there has not been a year that I have not listened for Saranya's name to be read, I was glad to see her picture this year. to her mom, I still think of you.....and pray that you and the rest of family will find some closure and peace....I have since legally changed my name so Ms. Srinuan will not know me by this name.

I am currently a student at UNC At Charlotte, and yesterday on 9-11 we planted American flags in remembrance of a victim. And were given a piece of paper about that victim. Mine, was Saranya. I would like to pay my respects to her and her family and all the others who passed in the attack. May we never forget. Thank you
