Process and Pleading
Tenant (defendant) pleaded that demandant (plaintiff) detained from tenant a certain charter concerning this land, and that if demandant wanted to render tenant (this charter), tenant was ready to render dower.
Demandant (plaintiff) showed the deed in Court and prayed her (?) dower.
The deed was read (lie) so that it could be understood that this was the same deed.
Demandant (plaintiff) had judgment to recover her (?) dower.
