Process and Pleading
Plaintiff widow sued an Appeal against three defendants.
Process continued against the three defendants until the three defendants were outlawed.
One defendant sued a charter of pardon.
The one defendant had Scire facias against plaintiff widow .
It was returned that the Scire facias was served.
Plaintiff widow did not appear.
The one defendant who sued a charter of pardon went acquitted (aler quite).
Then another defendant had his charter of pardon.
The Court put this second defendant to sue another Scire facias against plaintiff widow.
