In an Assize brought by two the tenant (defendant) pleaded the release of one, and against the other (prindr') to hear etc. The plaintiff denied his deed, so that the assize was prayed for half. (Latin begins) And this was not allowed (Latin ends). Therefore all was adjourned etc., this that witnesses were named in the deed.
