Handmade BU is a day for the knitters, crocheters, painters, embroiderers, paper-makers, silk screeners, sculptors, musicians, multi-media collage artists, and everyone who loves 'em. Handmade BU is an opportunity for the BU community to see what some of the talented folks have to offer, and support local crafters.
Come to the Link on Friday, February 18th to check out, talk, and buy handmade goods by your teachers and classmates!
Handmade BU is a chance to talk to other students about making stuff by hand. Would you rather walk through the Link at the GSU and be amazed by talent, or try to avoid everyone while making your way to the convenience store or bagel line?
Handmade BU is a chance to buy some rad stuff made by other students!
At Handmade BU we'll be collecting donations for Warm Up America, a charitable organization that teachings children and adult to knit and crochet, and work to make blankets for needy families in the community. |
