The ASM Materials Experience at Boston University is a one day program to excite and encourage high school students to pursue careers in materials science and/or applied science and engineering disciplines.
Students selected for this one day event participate in hands-on learning modules designed to demonstrate the nature of materials. Topics demonstrate how materials are engineered through processing to perform as desired.
Grad students from the MSE Division and All engineering departments are encouraged to volunteer to assist our ASM industry volunteers for this event. Lunch and other perks are included! Contact Ruth Mason if interested, 617-353-4622 rmason@bu.edu
