Baking the Clear Flour Way

Abe Faber and Christy Timon, bakers/owners of Clear Flour Bread in Brookline, rise to the occasion once again to demonstrate the finer points of artisan breadmaking, from working with yeast and pre-ferments to adept handling and baking of professional loaves—which participants will take home. This is a hands-on experience held entirely at their bakery. Course fee includes lunch.
