This semester we'll be featuring popular "Food Holidays" throughout the semester. During these days if you go in the D-Hall you'll find the featured item being served as an entree or a side item, or maybe in a salad who knows. The important thing is that it will taste delish!
On Tuesday April 16th West Campus is featuring Eggs Benedict during Breakfast.
Eggs Benny is two pieces of English muffin each topped with bacon a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Some say the dish was created in 1860, others say 1894 whatever the date is, it's gonna be re-created with gusto in 2019! |
