Chemical Image Analysis
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The goal of this project is to create an integrated framework of chemical image analysis, including various methods of denoising and image segmentation that have been developed by the Cheng lab. The outcome will be a user-friendly interface of image data analysis. The student will be supervised by Cheng and Haonan Lin, a data science expert in Cheng lab.
