The REU program incorporates a rich array of professional development opportunities designed to support undergraduate students in developing research, technical, and career-related skills.
Weekly seminars include graduate school options, career and graduate school panel discussions, science communication training, research ethics, entrepreneurship and innovation. Professional development activities are structured to support students as emerging scientists, professionals, and communicators in STEM.
