William Boley
Assistant Professor (ME, MSE)
William Boley is the principal investigator at the Additive Assembly Lab. Their research interests include creating new functional materials and devices through understanding and harnessing the relationships between materials synthesis, assembly process, and multi-scale architecture in additive manufacturing.
Previous REU/RET Projects include:
- Designing Activators and Monomers for 3D Printed Chemically Coalescing Liquid Metal Polymer Composites (2023)
- Automated Hybrid Manufacturing of Electrical Objects (2023)
- Automating and Integrating Additive manufacturing of Nano-engineered Materials (2022)
- Nanoparticle Composite Inks for 4D Printing Shape Shifting Structures (2021)
