Development of high-speed single particle tracking microscopies (RET)

This project involves the assembly of noble metal nanoparticles for the specific targeting of cell receptors. The nanoparticles will be used as labels in high-speed single particle tracking to map the diffusion of the targeted receptors. The project involves training in chemical self-assembly, single particle microscopy, and image processing.
