MODEL HOMES NAMED AFTER POETS
The homes and streets in the Bo-Bud Construction Co.'s
community of Winterset are named for famous poets. The community
itself takes its name from a play by Maxwell Anderson.
Winterset is located in the Annandale area of Fairfax County. The
five models are priced in the lower forties. Included are the Winterset
and the Shelly, two-stories; the Browning, a rambler; the Frost, a split–
Je\'el ; and the Whitman, a split-foyer.
Of the 67 acres in the community, 20 are being set aside for park
lalld. Many trees will shade the homes along such streets as Browning,
Whitmall, Frostway, Shelley and Poe.

MATING OF TWO PANDAS TO BE TRIED 3d TIME
LONDON.
Aug. 14 (UPI ) - Zoologists in Moscow and London have
appealed to colleagues in China for information on the mating habits of
pandas, which are native to the Chinese province of Szechwan. The
Chinese have refused to reply.

Sept. 5 - United States Army psychologists said today they are
working on a plan to brainwash enemy troops with bars of soap that
reveal a new propaganda message practically every time the guerrillas
lather up. As the soap is used, gradual wear reveals eight messages em–
bedded in laye rs.

(AP) - The Canterbury University Students
Assn. has revoked its decision to install contraceptive vending machines
on the Christchurch campus.
The decision caused a public outcry. Selwyn Dawson, President of
the National Council of Churches, said it seemed to place sex in the
same category as chocolate, cigarettes and chewing gum.
