• Presentation in 4:3 Aspect Ratio
• Accepted File Types: pdf, ppt
• Please Label the File with First & Last Name (ie FirstLast.ppt)
• Bring the Presentation on USB or send it to Xiaowei Ge (xwge@bu.edu) in advance.
• Computer Type: PC

Printed Poster Presentation

• For printing, please send it to Nolan Vild (nvild@bu.edu) before Sep. 22, 2023.
• Display Area: 30 inches (height) x 40 inches (width).
• Must be posted one day before Oct. 4, 2023

Optics & Photonics Fair

• A career fair booth/table and chairs will be provided for each company.
• It is suggested to decorate the booth/table with company flyers or flags.
• The preparation window for the booth is 12:00-15:00, Oct. 4, 2023.
