I recently completed a role as a TikTok Live Operations Specialist at Wahool in Beijing, where I was responsible for content and product strategy, host management, and performance analysis for livestream e-commerce targeting the U.S. market. I’m currently in the process of seeking my next opportunity in a related field, ideally in data-driven content strategy or digital operations.

Looking back, my experience in the MSSP program was rewarding. In particular, the consulting projects were especially impactful — it helped me develop practical problem-solving skills, cross-sector collaboration experience, and the ability to apply analytical thinking to real-world challenges. These skills have proven invaluable in my past role and continue to guide my job search and professional growth. I also deeply appreciated the program’s interdisciplinary structure and the supportive, collaborative environment.
