  • CRM Sales Tools Manager – the individual will work closely with IT as well as end users to deliver innovative CRM software by: crafting requirements, prioritizing development focus, and ensuring execution on testing routines and release milestones.
  • Operational Database Analyst – Responsible for large, complex operational database production processes related to critical Retail business functions within a SAS/SQL infrastructure.  This position will also perform application maintenance and issue analysis/remediation.  The position requires experience and proficiency in understanding end to end business processes and database architecture/standards, strong attention to detail, solid verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with technical query languages (SQL, SAS),  This is a very fast paced organization requiring advanced multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining high quality deliverables.
  • Retail Risk Analyst – Responsible for CRM risk functions in support of the development, implementation, and effective execution of the Risk program and framework, including key program elements such as regulatory compliance, risk/business impact assessments, KRIs, issues tracking and remediation planning, MIS and reporting, risk training and communication.  The candidate will have a risk background with at least 3-5 years of experience.  Preferably the candidate will have knowledge of and some experience with data management, data architecture, and data query tools (SAS, SQL) to support the Data Management Program focused on ensuring complete, consistent, accurate data quality across all Retail domains/systems.
  • Retail Project Analyst – Responsible for the population and delivery of a large library of reports on a daily schedule. The candidate should possess strong attention to detail as well as the ability to undertake repetitive tasks yet still achieve demanding targets.  Must integrate and demonstrate quality assurance in all steps, and manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.  Works closely with Retail Performance Management to support the incentive plan and Sprints. Support various incentive plans and programs.  Strong Excel skills are required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Intelligence Analyst – 2 openings  – CRM is seeking a talented candidate for the role of Business Intelligence Analyst reporting to the Business Intelligence Analyst Manager. This position will be responsible for defining, developing and delivering data & analysis that enables Network and Small Business leaders to deliver critical business results. The role will support, influence and challenge decisions based on data and insightful analysis. The position will be assigned as a resource to one or more Regional Presidents. They must quickly earn a seat at the table and become a trusted advisor to the Regional President that they support.  Strong Excel, PowerPoint and database skills are required.
  • Senior Analyst for Campaign Tracking and Reporting – CRM is seeking a talented candidate for the role of Senior Analyst for Campaign Analysis and Reporting.  This position will work closely with our Marketing partners to provide reporting, analysis and insights that will be used to evaluate the overall effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.  The position will report to the Director of Customer Analytics.  The right candidate must be able to build relationships and work collaboratively with key partners.  They must also have strong skills in performance analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably SAS.
