MET 420 Conference Suite – Lecture Config with Table Rows
The MET 420 Conference Suite acts as a multi-use meeting & event space for in-person and hybrid meetings.
Support Policy
MET IT is responsible for the following:
- Providing requested support for meetings on the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Closed Saturday, Sunday, holidays, intersessions, and campus closures
- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
MET IT is not responsible for the cleaning of the room. Please be considerate to your colleagues; return the room’s tables/chairs to their original position and remove any waste from the room after use.
- Occupancy Limit

- Staff Meeting with Tables (Hollow Square): 24 people
- Lecture Style with Tables (Rows): 20 people
- Seated Lecture (Rows) with No Tables: 30 people
- Standing with No Seats or Tables: 40 people
- No Class Support

Due to Massachusetts building codes, faculty and instructors are unable to hold in-person classes from this meeting space.
