CISCO WebEx is a program that allows you to make telephone calls from your computer over the internet. The benefit of this software is that it uses your office phone line as the associated number, letting you send and receive calls from your office phone wherever you are.

- Before installing and using CISCO WebEx, please contact us to enable your softphone account.
- Before using CISCO WebEx, you must install and set up MyE911. Failure to do so may lead to loss of softphone access.
