MyE911
MyE911 is a utility software used in conjunction with CISCO WebEx. In the event emergency services are called from a softphone, the MyE911 will provide accurate location information to the responder.
This software is required in order to use the CISCO softphone. Failure to use this software may result in loss of softphone access.

You can “snooze” MyE911 update prompts by doing the following:
- Right-click on the MyE911 icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
- Select Snooze, then indicate the number of hours.
You can exit MyE911 by doing the following:
- Right-click on the MyE911 icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
- Select Exit.
NOTE: If you exit the program, you will need to start it again from your Start Menu (Windows) or Finder (Mac) before using CISCO WebEx.
