MET IT has cloud resources available to create temporary virtual machines for faculty research. These virtual machines are customizable, with options for:

Operating System
Number of CPUs
Storage Size
Memory Size

Support Policy

MET IT is responsible for the following:

Providing consultation on virtual machine settings
Creating new virtual machines
Maintaining cloud infrastructure for virtual machine delivery

MET IT is not responsible for the installation or configuration of any software for the machine.

MET IT may provide assistance with software errors that are caused by interactions with the virtual machine infrastructure. Any other software errors fall under the responsibility of the user.
