Robin is a conference room scheduling software for full-time MET staff responsible for scheduling and managing multiple meetings each month.

Support Policy

MET IT is responsible for the following:

  • Granting permissions to MET employees for Robin
  • Training on the Robin software
  • Maintenance of iPads outside of meeting spaces
  • Troubleshooting of issues
Limitations of Robin

At this time, the Conference Suite (MET 420) and the Teaching Studios (MET 101 & MET 122) are not available for booking through Robin.

If you are interested in reserving one of these three spaces:

  1. Check the room availability
  2. Request the space at least 3 business days in advance with our request form
Ad Hoc Booking

MET employees can make same day, ad hoc bookings from the iPads outside each meeting space.

Ad hoc bookings are limited to 90 minutes and a meeting name is required.

The Conference Suite (MET 420) and the Teaching Studios (MET 101 & MET 122) are not available for ad hoc booking.
