FLR 124 Demonstration Kitchen

The Demonstration Kitchen located at Fuller Building (FLR) 124 comes with AV equipment to allow for chefs to demonstrate their skills to both an in-person and online audience. In addition, the large seating capacity allows for special events to be held with flexible seating arrangements.
Equipment includes:
- Five Flat Screen Displays
- Five cameras for different angles of the cooking space
- Ceiling, lavalier and handheld microphones for various use cases
- Ceiling speakers for web conferencing and in-room voice amplification
Support Policy
MET IT is responsible for the following:
- Providing general support to the room on the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Technicians will travel to FLR 124 to provide support if requested by phone or ticket.
- Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Technicians will provide remote support only.
- Saturday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Technicians will provide remote support only.
- Provide special support to the room upon request.
- Maintenance of AV equipment.
Those requiring support for a particular meeting, class or event should provide as much lead time as possible to ensure MET IT personnel are ready and available. MET IT requests the following lead time as a minimum:
- Simple support (e.g.-assistance with initial setup): Provide at least 1 day of notice
- Complex support (e.g.-hands-on assistance for entire event): Provide at least 3-4 weeks of notice
