Utilizing the CRISPR-Cas9 system to investigate PCG and lncRNA pathways with possible sex-bias in mice livers. Goal is to determine the important functions of specific transcripts by observing changes in organisms with “knocked-out” or “Knocked Down” Protein Coding Genes & lncRNAs.
