Jacob (Jake) Vukelich joined BU and CAS Information Technology in 2012. In his role as Systems Administrator II, he manages a datacenter for the College of Arts & Sciences that houses faculty research data, websites, and more. One of his notable achievements is the roll-out of the VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) program which facilitates an innovative way to teach traditional lab classes. In his spare time, Jake enjoys building custom computers, roasting coffee, and tackling home improvement projects.
