This delicious dessert is called Quindim. This dessert requires eggs,sugar,and coconut (sometimes butter). Quindim has a toasted golden bottom, dense with grated coconut, and a smooth firm custard top similar to flan. The texture of this dessert makes you want to keep eating until it's done and get more. Quindim is by far the most popular dessert in Bohia, Brazil.

This stew is called Moqueca de Camarão. As you can clearly see in the image above, this stew consists of tasty shrimp cooked in coconut oil and palm oil and mixed in with vegetables such as peppers and tomatoes. You can add whatever veggies that make you happy into this scrumptous dish.
