Lucy Pérez, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and Global Leader of the McKinsey Health Institute
Last year, the McKinsey Health Institute in collaboration with the World Economic Forum published seminal research on the enormous $1+ trillion health and economic opportunity to close the women's health gap, inspiring a groundswell of momentum across the globe. Lucy Pérez, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Global Leader of the McKinsey Health Institute and lead author of the report will deep dive into the business case for investing in women's health – including insights from their new publication, which identifies a blueprint with actionable steps to advance better health for women and build stronger economies. Starting with nine conditions that comprise one third of the gap and make up a $400 billion annual return, stakeholders across industries can significantly improve health outcomes for women, and boost the global economy in the process. A passionate advocate for health equity, Lucy will also shine a light on the latest in brain health, healthy longevity and more, and share her experience co-leading McKinsey’s Hispanic and Latino Network and other efforts to advance Latino economic mobility.
